Bad news

So my laptop crashed this morning I lost EVERYTHING...and I mean EVERYTHING. This resulted in me having to call Dell twice and the third time I was speaking with someone in INDIA! To sum everything up I had to reboot my entire CPU and my laptop is now new as in just the way it was when it came out of the box. Either way I might be out of commision on here for a few days till I can install my life back on to my laptop...I'll try and keep up with demand but for now I want to die...FML
